LFEO made it to the meeting room but right when the lecture should have started, it got boycotted by the president of the meeting who stated that every minute of this meeting counted and she did not accept any surprise. We left right away.

No one ever said this was easy. When we finally made it to one of the meeting rooms in the KAO beauty brands headquarters (annual revenue 12 million dollars), Sarah was not allowed to start the text. The president of the meeting made it very clear that she did not want any surprise, and that every minute of this meeting counted. Sorry for our contact person and for the other people in the meeting. The lecture might have transformed this “permanent wave” brainstorm session. Well, maybe it did anyway, by being refused.
